My list of 101 things I’d like to do/try:

1. Learn HTML so I can design websites

2.  Photograph my sister and her husband

3. Make caramel rolls from scratch

4.  Make fresh squeezed OJ/lemonade

5.  Go camping in Colorado

6.  Travel to St. Lucia

7.  Visit Denmark (part of my ethnic heritage)

8.  Go to Tulip Festival in Pella, IA.

9.  Visit the zoo in Omaha

10.  Be able to name more than 2 counties in my state…

11. Run a marathon

12.  Start a business

13.  Publish an article

14.  Be a little bolder

15.  Snowboard in Vancouver

16. Go heli-skiing with my dad

17.  Decorate a room in my house

18.  Recover a piece of furniture (we’ll start with the dining room chairs…)

19.  Finish my scrapbook from my trip to France in 2004…

20.  Go back to France!

21.  Go camping with my niece and nephew.

22.  Sew a dress for myself.

23.  Start to compost.

24.  Have a vegetable garden

25.  Landscape/plant flowers

26.  Maintain an indoor herb garden in the winter (I have failed at this consistently)

27.  Do a better job at keeping in touch with family and friends

28.  Visit all 50 states (still to visit: Oklahoma, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Alaska, North Carolina, Kentucky, Deleware, Louisianna)

29.  Go on an overseas mission trip

30.  Take a cooking class

31.  Make pottery again (I miss this…)

32.  Stop biting my nails

33. Buy a house

34.  Learn how to salsa dance with my husband

35.  Spend the night in a fancy hotel

36. I’m too chicken for sky diving, but maybe bungee jumping :-)

37.  Go to Cedar Point

38.  Watch all of the movies that have won a best picture oscar

39.  Read something by Jane Austen

40.  Write poetry

41.  Become a certified hospice-care worker

42.  Pray more

43.  Care about others more

44.  Find a shampoo that doesn’t bug my husband, or dry my hair out

45.  Figure out a hairstyle for myself that I actually like

46. Become less fearful of what others think of me

47.  Host sunday brunch/tea

48.  Send a friend a gift, just because

49.  Make a german chocolate cake for my husband

50.  Learn my MIL’s danish layer cake recipe

51.  Call my grandparents more frequently

52.  Find a home church

53.  Make 5 Martha Stewart crafts

54.  Donate blood

55.  Host a murder mystery dinner party

56.  Pick up the dinner tab for a stranger

57.  Sew pillows, curtains or something else for my house

58.  Go t the Kansas Rodeo

59.  Visit Arches national park, or National monument park

60.  Go to a drive-in movie

61.  Complete a fitness class

62.  Take a self-defense class

63.  Organize all my photos on my computer

64.  Design a wedding photo album

65.  Play guitar more regularly
