Well, last week our “bachelor” Jake was eliminated -he’s engaged, so that doesn’t make him a bachelor anymore, right?  This week, we have individual dances and the team cha cha competition.  Let’s see how everyone did…

Erin & Maks: Quickstep

After getting chewed out by Len for not doing a proper dance last week, Maks is committed to getting back into Len’s good graces.  But Maks still wants to strip.  Seriously dude, don’t you have any other ideas?  They start their dance wearing black and quickly “strip” to the brightest pink I’ve ever seen.  Their dance is certainly fast at points and they’ve got a great hold.  She looks amazing keeping up with all the flicks, kicks, and fast spins.  It’s a miracle! – Len calls it Erin’s best dance yet and isn’t bothered by their costume strip/change.  Bruno and Carrie Ann agree that her lines are beautiful.  Score: 27

Chad & Cheryl: Viennese Waltz

After a dramatic argentine tango last week, he’s looking to start a winning streak.  So, Cheryl the birthday girl ups the ante on the technique and brings in Tony to help out.  I bet Tony likes working with them a lot more than working with Kate…they’re dancing in lots of sheer white, so I guess we know what they’ll look like at their wedding, right?  Overall, it’s a beautiful dance.  Lots of spinning and very romantic.  Chad is definitely dancing and leading, not just following Cheryl around.  At times he still dances down to her and looks a little strange in hold, and theres a moment he seems a little uncertain of his steps and can’t stop staring at Cheryl as if he’s forgotten the dance.  Bruno calls him graceful and gentle.  Carrie Ann calls it tender and sexy, and Len calls him a true contender.  And then, we get like 3 awkward moments backstage with Brooke…this job really isn’t that difficult, right?  Score: 25

Nicole & Derek: Waltz

Nicole is really struggling with the frame this week, which I suppose is to be expected after she’s done so many fast latin dances the past few weeks.  Once they’re on the dance floor, the dance is elegant and pretty, but sometimes her steps are bit uneasy and she doesn’t fully extend the movements.  After all that practice, her hold seems a little bit better, but the dance isn’t nearly as connected as Chad & Cheryl’s.  Carrie Ann calls her the best dancer DWTS ever has had – really? Kind of an extreme claim in my opinion.  She calls her movements beautiful, but their connection was lacking.  Len says something nit picky about her technique, and then Bruno points out that she made a few mistakes but still made it look good.  So she’s a dancing magician, right?  Score: 27

Pamela & Damien: Waltz

Pamela brings Damien to the wildlife center, one of her passions as an animal lover.  During rehearsal Damien ties their hips together to get the technique better.  Once they start dancing, Pamela looks right at home and very demure.  Her steps are  steady, but her hold is inconsistent.  Overall though, the dance is just beautiful.  Part of it is she is just really good at playing a roll in each dance – she truly is a great actress trying to dance.  I’m surprised at how good she is each week.  Len encourages her to get her hold a bit more solid, and Bruno agrees.   Score: 24

Niecy & Louis: Quickstep

After a successful funny tango this week, they’re switching paces to the quickstep.  Unfortunately, they get some fairly slow music, and their dance kind of drags and doesn’t have the pep in it that Erin’s did.  She does a good job with the footwork, kicks, and speed – but the dance isn’t nearly as well performed or choreographed.  Bruno and Carrie Ann both call it her best dance.  And Len agrees.  Sure, she’s definitely improved, but I don’t think it was THAT amazing.  Score: 25

Evan & Anna: Argentine Tango

After dancing a fluffy dance last week and getting bad scores, Evan asks Anna to push him hard.  Their dance is sharp and passionate – he’s definitely in control of this dance.   It’s a HUGE improvement from last week and there’s no trace of balletic moves anywhere.  They end with a crazy fast spin with Anna in a split.   Even though there’s not as much intricate footwork for him, it is still a true tango and he dances it well.  The judges love it and we get our first perfect score of the season!  Score: 30

The Cha Cha Challenge

Team Ga Ga

We’ve got a face-off between two teams – Team Ga Ga is Pamela, Chad, and Nicole.  They put Pamela first, which probably isn’t the move I’d make since she’s been a bit shaky recently, then it’s Chad & Cheryl in the middle, and Nicole to finish it out.  They start off strong in unison, and then Pam has her solo with Damien – they look great and she’s definitely going for sex-appeal over technique.  Chad and Cheryl are next, and they rock their section with sharp cha cha moves and lots of chemistry.  Nicole and Derek finish it out, and while she definitely has some good moves and it’s quick, I’m just not likely their section as much. They end in unison, where you can tell that Pam is lagging behind a bit, but she still looks great.  Their dance is definitely fun and Carrie Ann sums it up as…cool.  Yup, she said it.  Score: 27

Team Madonna

Next, we have Evan, Erin, and Niecy.  Evan’s never done the cha cha and so Niecy is giving him pointers, which is mildly hilarious considering Evan just got a perfect score.  Our three celebs start out together before we have a fun unison part with the whole group.  To be fair, they really get a poor choice of music – it’s not nearly as fun and sexy to dance to “Holiday”.  Evan and Anna start their solo part where Evan still seems to struggle a bit with the latin dances hip action – he’s still very lyrical.  Niecy and Louis are up next and try to turn up the heat a bit with LOTS of hips, but it just looks kind of…odd and heavy.  Erin and Maks end, and they’re by far the best and have the most advanced technique by far.  They end with a unison line together and a few last moves before the girls lose their lacy white and end up in leather, which to be honest, is probably the most interesting part of the whole dance.  Bruno points out a few parts where they lost sync, and Carrie Ann agrees.  Score:  24

Best Costume: Tie between Pamela and Nicole – both dresses were elegant and sparkly.

Best Line: My brain is too soft…Pamela

I think this week we saw everyone improve a bit and so we saw better dances from the individuals.  Team Ga Ga definitely won the challenge, if for nothing else than they got the best music and really took advantage of it.  My prediction for this week is that either Pamela or Niecy will be heading home.

We’re at the halfway point in the competition, and that means TWO dances.  This week we have the Samba & the Argentine Tango, plus the swing dance marathon.  I’m kinda bummed we don’t have a group swing, which would would probably be way more interesting.

Jake & Chelsea: Samba

Jake wants to close the gap between him and the leaders of the pack.  Their rehearsal looks both promising, and a little scary because he’s obviously struggling.  In the dance, he doesn’t quite have the bounce in his step that you expect in the samba, plus there’s just a lot of posing and shaking at the beginning.  When they finally get going around the dance floor, it’s just not that peppy and with the music.  He has a little mistake in the middle with the stairs, which is a shame because he hasn’t had a clean dance yet.  The judges remark on his lack of bounce and rhythm, but also credit him for trying really hard.  Score: 21

Anna & Evan: Samba

In rehearsal, she’s trying to get him to work on his hips, which is pretty hysterical considering how lyrical he always looks.  Then while practicing lifts, he hits his head and gets a mild concussion, but he seems okay.  Their samba is a lot more fun and sexy, and Evan does a better job at the bouncing and getting the rhythm than Jake, but all of his movements and turns are very balletic and too smooth for samba.  I think this is the first dance where you can see that his skating background isn’t really helping.  Bruno knocks him for having weird hips, Carrie Ann calls it disjointed and that it wasn’t his dance, and Len agrees. Score: 21

Niecy & Louis: Argentine Tango

They’re going to attempt a funny Argentine Tango, which if anyone can pull it off, it’s them.  After working hard on her footwork in practice, she’s nailing all of it and looks sharp and sassy in all of her moves.  They have a simple and elegant lift in the middle, and the comedy is definitely there, but it’s understated.  Then Louis nearly chokes on a cookie!  Carrie Ann loves that she actually danced, Len liked the comedy but wanted more intensity.  Score: 21

Erin & Maks: Samba

Erin is trying to stop over thinking, and Maks quips that her overanalyzing isn’t affecting their dancing, it’s affecting his health.  We need more Maks & Erin clips.  She’s got her pouty face on, but at least the bounce is right and you can see her hip movement through all those purple feathers.  Maks slowly strips during the dance, which seems kinda over the top.  But the dance is fun and sexy and WAY better than the previous two sambas.  Len is all fed up over it not being a proper dance and will give her a 7 even though she deserves better – um, why don’t you give it to her, Len?  Bruno & Carrie Ann love it.  Score:  25

Chad & Cheryl: Argentine Tango

They head back to Cincinnati to refocus and regroup after a messy quickstep last week.  I’m hoping this dance is as intense as it could be considering how much these two flirt during rehearsal!  The dance is definitely carnal and sexy, there’s definitely lots of tension.  Chad is rocking the steps and the lifts!  Finally! He’s actually leading and dancing, which is a huge improvement from last week.  The judges all love it and Len finally gives something other than a seven.  Score: 24

Nicole & Derek: Samba

After getting 29 last week, Nicole excited to do all her Ricky Martin moves.  But this isn’t the salsa, sweetie.  She definitely has the bounce, the hips, and the sexiness going on. It’d be nice if she could come up with a different facial expression though.  It’s definitely a fun party dance, but there’s probably more booty shaking than Len will like.  Carrie Ann tries to look for something to criticize and can only dislike her expression, Len says he’s looking for a few moves that weren’t there and less gyrations, Bruno jumps out of his chair and gives them all sorts of compliments.  Score: 26

Pam & Damian: Argentine Tango

After ending up in the bottom two, they’re trying really hard to stay true to themselves and not just cater to the audience.  During rehearsal, they struggle with lifts and footwork, but I have a feeling this dance is gonna be great.  Once they get dancing, there’s lots of tension and the footwork is great, plus they have some beautiful lifts.  In my opinion, this is her best dance yet.  She’s really nailing all of the moves and the attitude of seduction.  Len and Bruno love the character of the dance, but Carrie Ann was looking for a bit more technique in her feet. Score: 22

Swing Dance Marathon

Everyone is on the dance floor at the same time and couples will be knocked out one by one, with the last person remaining getting a perfect 10.  They can do lifts, as long as they can last since it’s survival of the fittest.  Tom has his golf announcer voice on – and we’re off!  Jake and Chelsea are knocked out first   I was kinda hoping we’d at least get to see one of those lifts they practiced.  Niecy and Louis are next after falling on the floor.  Evan and Anna are next, and then Chad launches himself over Cheryl.    I’m kinda surprised how long Pamela and Damian are lasting – oh, there goes Chad & Cheryl.  With Pamela and Damien soon following.  Erin and Maks are eliminated last, with Derek and Nicole winning the marathon!

The marathon really shook up the scores a lot, separating out all of the folks in the middle of the pack.  Jake & Chelsea end up at the bottom, which is a bummer.

Best Costume: Cheryl’s saucy red dress for the Argentine tango paired with the lace gloves was definitely the best costume of the night.

Worst Costume: Erin – seriously, what is up with the top half of her dress?  The nude fabric with glittery purple flowers?  She was doing so good with costumes so far!

Who will get eliminated this week?  My guess is either Jake or Niecy.  Both have struggled a bit in the past few weeks.

Well, I was right about last week – Aiden and Edyta’s time was up.  Poor girl, she must have a curse – she’s been on the show every season and still hasn’t won.

This week is movie night – as if we needed another “special” week.  Whatever happened to the group dance?  I always thought that was fun!

Niecy & Louis: Jive

She’s feeling a little defensive after being called “boring” and wants to shake her…jiggly bits.  *ahem*  And she definitely does just that in her dance.  Niecy has a hard time keeping up with Louis and gets off with her footing a couple of times.  She’s also not quite as sharp as she could be.  The dance is cute and fun, ending with the worlds largest lipstick mark on Len’s forehead!  Score: 18

Chad & Cheryl: Quickstep

Last week was Chad’s breakthrough week, but Cheryl is getting frustrated that he isn’t making progress under all of the pressure.  Girl is a competitor!  They’re dancing to Bare Necessities and are decked out in animal prints – cute!  His posture is much improved, but the hold isn’t consistent.  The dance is cute, but he’s sorta flat footed and doesn’t seem as smooth as usual.   Plus, he’s too far away from Cheryl, so he feels really disconnected from her.  Bruno calls his frame “terrible” but liked his energy.  Carrie Ann comments on the lack of body contact, and calls it uneven.  Len, for once, likes it! Score: 18

Erin & Maks: Jive

This week is “maks is the boss” week – and their arguments are hilarious.  She hits him with a shoe, he throws a tantrum.  We need more Maks on this show!  Their doing a Pulp Fiction inspired dance, which for the first 45 seconds Maks spends reading a menu.  But then pace picks up and the dance is on!  Her kicks and flicks are great and she’s definitely keeping up.  There was some tough choreography and the music is fast, but Erin copes just fine.  Bruno says she has the Uma magic (?), Carrie Ann thinks she got ahead of the beat, and Len…well, he said something too.  Brooke digs around for the dirty details about their showmance, but Erin quips about wanting a ring just like Cheryl’s.  Score: 22

Jake & Chelsie: Cha cha

Last week, Jake had a few slip ups and was pretty messy, so he’s trying to work on technique.  Jake tries to channel some Tom Cruise in preparation for their Risky Business dance by showing up with no shirt…and later, we see him int he get up with just undies!  Ha!  Thankfully, he puts some pants on.  Their cha cha isn’t really much of one – but when they do actually dance, he keeps up and definitely has the hip action on.  A couple of times his steps seem a bit off, but there’s not as many mistakes as he’s made in the past.  Jake is totally giving it his all and completely willing to make a fool of himself, and it works – the dance is a lot of fun to watch.  Bruno calls him a “cheeky bugger”, Len notices his mistake, but Carrie Ann loves the dance.  Score: 23

Pamela & Damien: Quickstep

Pamela is slowly getting better each week.  So let’s hope she keeps going this week.  She’s channeling Dolly Parton with 9-5, and while the beginning is cute, there’s not much dancing, which means Len won’t like it.  Once they start dancing, it’s a tad slow and her feet are kinda shuffling around the dance floor.  They dance over the table and chairs, which is fun, but the routine lacks any kind of pizazz.  Bruno likes her posture and characterization, Carrie Ann wants to see her on Broadway, and of course, Len hates the beginning.  Score: 21

Kate & Tony: Foxtrot

Kate is yawning through practice, and it seems like Tony is just dragging her through rehearsal.  She really lacks any kind of motivation or energy.  They are dancing to a song from the Breakfest Club, and her dress is definitely channeling 80s frou-frou.  Her steps are quite tentative, and her facial expressions are odd.  She looks like she’s in a complete daze trying to remember the steps at several points.  Honestly, she doesn’t even look like she’s dancing, more like she’s walking around.  Carrie Ann compares her to the Charlie Brown muffled voices, which is actually a perfect comparison.  Len doesn’t like her walking around, and Bruno feels she’s regressed.  Poor Kate.  Can we put Tony out of his misery, please!  Score: 15

Nicole & Derek: Tango

Nicole wants to have fun this week after getting nervous during last weeks Rumba.  They head to Beverly Hills to get in to character for Pretty Woman, which apparently Nicole can relate to.  Their tango is sharp and saucy.  She’s got the high kicks and the intricate footwork, plus a little bit of fun in the choreography.  They end with a fancy kick thing that looks weird, but overall, it’s by far the best dance of the night, and the audience rewards them with a standing ovation.  Len calls it the best dance of the season, Bruno get’s REALLY excited and calls it perfection, Carrie Ann calls them “super-stahs”.  Score: 29

Evan & Ana: Rumba

After being on top of the judges leader board for 2 weeks, Evan’s got his work cut out for him this week with the lyrical and sensual Rumba.  Plus, he’s got Stars on Ice to perform at as well.  In their dance, he’s totally got the hips right and looks amazingly lyrical.  Overall, he looks great doing this dance, but they’re lacking a bit of the connection to each other.  Bruno likes his fluidity, Carrie Ann calls it tender and beautiful, Len loves the musicality. Score: 27

Costume Contest:  Nicole wins with her Pretty Woman insp

Kinda feel like the judges were a little stiff this week with their scoring.  I think Erin & Maks deserved more, and the Nicole was over scored.

Well, the results show already aired – looks like Kate’s time is up.  At last!  Were you as happy to see her go as me, or were you hoping she could tough it out on behalf of moms everywhere?

We’re back for week 4 of DWTS – my secret reality TV obsession.  Last week, Buzz and Ashley were sent home.

Hopefully this week we’ll see Miss Grouchy-face Kate head home…

We get a demonstration of a few required moves for the Tango from Ana and Jonathan.  I’m no tango expert, but their dance is awesome.

Erin & Maks: Tango

Last week, Erin got some harsh feedback from Len on her footwork, and now she’s all paranoid about it.  Not to mention, she has a back injury she’s trying to be all tough about.  Their dance starts well with some great intensity.  She has a few footwork fumbles and seems a bit tired by the end of the dance.  Carrie Ann was right – she lost focus and was in and out of character while trying to focus on technique.  But overall, it was a good dance.  We’ve got the double score this week – one for technique and one for performance.  Technical score: 18  Performance: 21  Total: 39

Evan & Anna: Tango

He’s got broken toes and bad footwork – great combo, right?  The beginning of the dance is super sexy and modern, but definitely still has the attack of the tango.  I always worry when people use props, but the use of the chair was great.  Their dance is spicy and fun to watch, and his footwork is great.  I have to say though, his slicked back poofy hair reminds me of Danny Zuko from Greese!  Technical score: 26  Performance: 26  Total: 52

The judges give us a few of their insights as we get ready to see the rumba, and then Kym returns to dance in her underwear with Dmitry.  Seriously, get some clothes on girl!

Niecy & Louis: Rumba

They’re going for the “spiritual” rhumba, which always seems risky to me.  They’re dedicating this dance in memory of her brother Michael.  Their routine is beautiful and sweet, but not very romantic.  Plus, her hips only move when she does the little shimmy thing with her feet together.  Len is right – the dance was a bit boring, which is pretty much Louis’ fault.  Hate to break it to you friend, but you’ve got to up the ante a bit.  Technical score: 18  Performance: 18  Total: 36

Aiden & Edyta: Rumba

Len tells Aiden to act…um, that’s his full-time job, shouldn’t that be easy?  Apparently not.  He’s nervous about feeling Edyta up, so he’s going to practice.  *Ahem*  Edyta is wearing a tinfoil “dress”. Classy.  He definitely does a better job acting and performing, but he’s very robotic.  Definitely an improvement, but not quite enough.  Technical score: 15 (Brooke, “Were you hoping for more?” No, definitely not…)  Performance: 18 Total: 33

Nicole & Derek: Rumba

They’re trying to get back in the good graces of Len after dancing a rule-breaking quickstep last week.  Their routine is beautiful and has some really great moments.  Not too sexy, but also appropriately romantic.  The judges call her out about being nervous, which I didn’t really catch, but whatever… Technical: 25  Performance: 25 Total: 50

Jake & Chelsie: Tango

Jake shows up to practice with a shirt that has Len’s mantra – turn up. keep up. shut up.  He’s having a tough time with footwork during practice.  During the dance, he’s attacking it head on and looks great.  The routine is pretty difficult, and at one point he stumbled, which was unfortunate.  I’m a little distracted by all the different facial expressions, especially when he just outright grins.  This is the tango, dude! Get serious.  Technical: 19  Performance: 19   Total: 38 (Personally, I thought their performance score was a bit low)

Kate & Tony: Tango

Kate agrees with the judges that she needs to work harder at dancing – at least she’s got that part right – but also says she’s got a lot of personal stuff distracting her.  And it definitely shows in her stone-faced glare in her dance.  This is definitely an improvement because she’s actually dancing, but it’s all VERY slow and kind of cautious.  They end with a crazy flip turn thing, which isn’t really a lift, but Carrie Ann won’t let it go.   Technical: 14  Performance: 18 Total:  32

Chad & Cheryl: Rumba

Their rehearsal footage is hilarious because he definitely has the style to do the rumba, but he’s really struggling to be smooth.  Their dance is definitely his breakthrough – he’s sensual, using his hips, and is selling the romance for sure.  It’s the whole package.  The judges love it! Nice job Chad.  Technical: 21  Performance: 23 Total: 44

Pamela & Damian: Rumba

She’s working hard on her technique, but also wants it to be sexy.  Seriously, you’re worried about that?  Surprisingly, their dance is romantic, but not raunchy.  There could be a little bit more difficulty in the dance, but overall it is beautiful dance.  The judges give her lots of praise, while Carrie Ann points out something funky with her arms (???)  Technical:  23 Performance:  24  Total:  47

Best Costume: Honestly, I didn’t really like any of them.  Though the worst is definitely a tie between Edyta’s tin foil number and Kate dancing in chains.

Best Line: “Wow, Kate is actually speechless! This is awesome!” – Tony

So that puts Evan at the top again, and Kate at the bottom.  Who do you think will go home this week?  My money is on either Kate or Aiden.

I’m a Dancing with the Stars fan.  There, I said it.  I love the sequins, the feathers, the shoes, the quick step, fox trot, and cha cha, and the ridiculous antics of Bruno, Len, and Carrie Ann.  And of course, all of the has-beens celebrities dancing, that’s where all the fun is.  I love DWTS!

Ironically, it was my grandparents that clued me in to DWTS. One summer, on my way through Chicago I stayed with them and we watched an episode during the very first season.  Over the years, I’ve watched off and on, and I STILL enjoy it.  Sure, there are some questionable things included in DWTS that I’m not super stoked about, such as the fact that Edyta practically parades around in lingerie instead of a dress each week.  But honestly, I watch it for the dancing, because I love dancing A LOT.

Since we don’t have a TV, I have to wait an extra day to watch episodes online, but her I am to tell you about my thoughts for week 1 of the new season.

The Dances

Chad & Cheryl: Cha-Cha

He seemed a bit too serious in his performance, obviously concentrating pretty hard.  But he’s got the style and discipline to be pretty good at this.  And I loved their costumes!  They scored a decent 18

Shannon & Mark: Viennese Waltz

It was a beautiful dance.  Mark is one of the best choreographers on the show, so it’s no wonder I loved it, especially the spin at the end.  Shannon had some weird stuff going on with her arms and hands, and was just a bit stiff.  I think their 18 was maybe a bit low, because she actually did more dancing than Chad.

Erin & Maks: Cha-Cha

Girl can dance!  She did awesome, though she could shake her hips a bit more.  Her costume is kinda gross looking, and I HATE when guys don’t put their suspenders up, but their dance was great.  A well deserved 21.

Jake & Chelsea: Viennese Waltz

Kiss from a Rose? Seriously? I hope the cheesy stuff is only this week.  Overall, he did pretty good. His posture was terrible though, but at least he led during the dance instead of just letting Chelsea dance around him in circles.  (Did anyone else notice Gia was there? Yes I watched the Bachelor…) A very respectable 20

Niecy & Louis: Cha-Cha

She’s fun and spunky and definitely “sold” the dance, but she still needs a lot of work.  The whole dance felt kind of slow, which I think is why I didn’t like it quite as much.  I think 18 was the right score for them.

Evan & Anna: Viennese Waltz

It was a beautiful dance and he looked great.  Obviously, there’s a lot of little things he could work on, but overall, he did a wonderful job.  Plus, I loved her dress A great score – 23

Buzz & Ashley: Cha-Cha

He looks like a robot during the first part and dances almost the entire dance with his hand on his hip.  Obviously, at 80 years old, this is a stretch for him.  But he’s charming and they look great together.  Definitely not a high score – 15

Nicole & Derek: Viennese Waltz

Boy, did he get lucky again with partners.  Derek has great choreography, and Nicole obviously has a bit of experience to help her.  It was a beautiful dance, even with some sketchy footwork, and they got a very well-deserved 25

Aiden & Edyta: Cha-Cha

Well, Edyta is known for skimpy outfits and sub-par choreography, and she doesn’t disappoint.  This dance is fairly disjointed and made up of a lot of random movements strung together with bad gimmicks.  He’s actually not that bad, but she doesn’t really give him much to work with.  A low score of 15.

Kate & Tony: Viennese Waltz

Pretty dance, but Kate looked nervous and stiff.  Plus, she needs to point her toes!  Hopefully she’ll get better, because I’d like to see her stick around.  Score: 16

Pam & Damien: Cha-Cha

She’s definitely rocking the “sex hair”, but she’s actually pretty good.  Or maybe drunk?  I don’t know, but she did a pretty good job I think.  A decent score of 21

What’s New

Host: Brooke Burke – She looks a lot like Samantha Harris, the old host.  But I don’t like her voice very much – it’s kinda scratchy and monotone.  And you have to keep the mic by your face when you talk, sweetie.

Set/Intro:  Whoa, new intro. I like it!  The graphics for the whole show have changed, but I think it’s a good change, maybe except for the score-board stuff.  Looks like something I did in middle school Kid Pix…And the new “holding tank” or red room or celebritarium, or whatever you call it – fun!  I think it’s a great idea.  Maybe?

Um, like half of my favorite pro dancers!  What happened to Kim, last years winner?  Or Karina, Jonathan, and Alec?  Even Lacey? Seriously, I’d take any of them over the replacements.

Worst:  A tie between Erin and Edyta – fringe is just generally not very becoming.

Best: Anna.  I actually liked her gown – it was very elegant.

I watched most of the Super Bowl last night – I’m still a little sad the Colts lost, but excited for Saints fans (it should have been the Vikings! *ahem*)
